Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We cannot be responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Address changes after order placement may not be possible once the item has been shipped.

Signature Requirements

  • Orders over €150 require adult signature upon delivery
  • Express and Next Day deliveries always require signature
  • If you're not available, the carrier will attempt redelivery or hold the package for pickup

Customs & Duties (Non-EU Countries)

For shipments outside the European Union, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees that may apply. These charges are determined by your local customs office and are not included in your order total.
